XLNT IFRS Konszolidáló

Összevont (konszolidált) IFRS pénzügyi kimutatások Excelben – az IFRS 18 kötelező részösszegeivel, magyarul és angolul

Prepare consolidated IFRS financial statements in Excel, in Hungarian and English, with the mandatory subtotals required by IFRS 18. The workbook covers IFRS 10, IFRS 3, IAS 28, IAS 21, IAS 36, IAS 7 and IFRS 18.

A structured 20-step workflow guides you from setup and defining the consolidation scope through consolidation entries, working papers, financial statements and reconciliation checks.

All consolidation adjustments are entered in a single debit-and-credit journal that automatically feeds the consolidation worksheet and the completed statements.

Main features

  • IFRS 18 – Five categories and two mandatory subtotals, including operating profit and profit before financing and income taxes, with profit allocated between the parent and NCI.
  • IFRS 3 and IAS 36 – Acquisition accounting, NCI measurement, automatic goodwill calculation and annual goodwill impairment testing.
  • IFRS 10 – Elimination of intragroup balances, income, expenses, dividends and unrealised profits.
  • IAS 21 – Closing and average exchange rates by entity, automatic currency translation and translation differences presented in OCI.
  • IAS 28 and IAS 12 – Equity accounting for associates and joint ventures, plus deferred tax on consolidation adjustments.
  • IAS 7 – Indirect cash flow starting from operating profit under IFRS 18, including the operating cash flow before income taxes subtotal.
  • Statement of changes in equity – Reconciliation of each equity component from opening to closing balance, including non-controlling interests.
  • Eight reconciliation checks – Balance sheet, debit and credit journal totals, equity, cash flow, profit allocation and goodwill checks in one place.
  • Editable bilingual structure – Hungarian and English labels can be edited, and the workbook language can be selected in the settings.
  • OBR e-reporting file – PDF exports and a validated.obr package assembled with the required attachments for the OBR portal.

Why it helps

The workbook calculates from the data entered by the user. Converting individual financial statements to IFRS, the notes, IFRS 12 disclosures and MPM presentation are outside its scope. Decisions requiring professional judgement should be agreed with an auditor. The template is editable and is not an official prescribed format. It requires Windows and desktop Excel 2010 or later with macros enabled; Excel for the web and Excel for Mac do not fully support the VBA controls.
